At the helm of PCE Design & Engineering Services, backed by an M.Eng., M.Sc., MEI, and MIET, he deploys advanced methodologies—including Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)—to transform operational bottlenecks into streamlined, cost-effective competitive advantages.
